Product Description

Jim opened this edition of Crosstalk by asking listeners the following question: How many times have you heard the phrase, 'I'm going green'. Today we have government's and businesses that communicate they are growing green. Schools say much the same thing while also indicating the ways they are trying to bring 'being green' into the classroom.

Is going green for the sake of the planet the best way to go or is there a better way? The guest who appeared on this Crosstalk believes there is a better way and that way is 'BLUE'.

J.D. King is an independent filmmaker specializing in socio-environmental documentaries. He was home educated through high-school and holds a B.A. in Business Management from Thomas Edison State College. He is passionate about the outdoors, freedom, and seeking the best way to steward planet Earth, for the good of humanity and the glory of God.

Why does J.D. Have reservations about the 'green' movement? It's because the connotation involves over-regulation and solutions that are brought about by people who are not connected with the landscape.

In response, J.D. has produced a documentary that counters the 'green' movement titled, 'BLUE'. In this case the title stands for (B)eautify, (L)iberate, (U)tilize and (E)njoy. The documentary features input from Lord Christopher Monckton, E. Calvin Beisner of the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation, Robert Zubrin and others. It touches on issues such as the destruction of the timber and mining industries in the Western states and the socio-economic devastation that's occurred as a result.

On this Crosstalk you'll discover why J.D. believes the roots of the 'green' movement are designed to restructure the social order of the world, how freedom is restricted by the 'green' movement, why people are losing their lives because of it, how the topic of population plays into this and more.
