Product Description

Barbara Loe Fisher is the President of the National Vaccine Information Center.

HPV stands for Human Papilloma Virus.  According to Barbara, there are 40 types of this virus.  About 15 of these are associated with cancers affecting both men and women.

The vaccine invented by the pharmaceutical company Merck, known as Gardasil, contains two of the 15 types of HPV associated with cancer.

Barbara explains how the clinical evidence that Merck presented to the Food and Drug Administration to prove Gardasil’s safety was insufficient in relation to the universal use recommendation.  She also communicated concerns that a true placebo had not been used in the clinical trials.

Also discussed was Assembly Bill 499 in California.  If signed by Governor Jerry Brown, this bill would be the first law that would allow all vaccinations, present and future, to be available for minor children without the knowledge and consent of parents.

What are the health problems associated with this vaccine?  Are we overdoing vaccinations in general?  How has Merck, the inventor of Gardasil, marketed this product?  Get these and other vaccine related answers and become an informed health care consumer.
