--The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco rejected the petition put forth by Liberty Counsel asking the court to rehear the issue that restricts youth from receiving any counseling from a licensed therapist to change unwanted same-sex attractions.
--Attorney General Eric Holder cannot explain the constitutional basis for President Obama's executive orders.
--In response to the President's references to issuing executive orders on climate change and the minimum wage, references made during his recent 'State of the Union' address, Michelle Bachmann said the President is acting like a monarch.
