James O’Keefe is the founder of Project Veritas.  The mission of Project Veritas is to investigate and expose corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions in order to achieve a more ethical and transparent society.  They are a non-profit organization which seeks to inform the public of wrongdoing and allow the public to make judgments on the issues.

According to James, voter fraud is very real.  In fact, back in January, Project Veritas cross-referenced dead people with registered voters and they found that many people were dead and registered to vote.  

To prove that voter fraud cases aren’t as rare as you might think, James discussed a recent investigation that took place in Arlington, Virginia.  This incident involved Patrick Moran the son of Jim Moran, a Democratic representative from Virginia.  Patrick was caught on tape discussing how to forge documents, impersonate other voters and even pollsters to determine voter inactivity.
 
In another incident, Stephanie Caballero, a regional field director with an organization called Organizing for America, was caught facilitating someone to vote twice, once in Texas and once in Florida via absentee ballot.
