Just a few hours ago (as of the airing of this program), the United States Supreme Court heard oral arguments for United States v. Skrmetti, which some have called the most important case of this term. It is a case that will determine if a Tennessee law that protects children from harmful puberty blockers, hormones, and medically mutilating surgeries is constitutional. This case could have vast implications for other states with similar laws protecting children.
