This program focuses primarily on president Obama’s contraception mandate which insists that all employers provide insurance coverage that includes contraceptive services.There is a narrow range of religious employers that would be exempt in the sense that they don’t have to pay for such contraceptives, but if an employee in one of these organizations wants contraception, the organization would still be required to facilitate access to such products for that employee.
