Vic opened this edition of Crosstalk noting that while reflecting upon his campaign as well as his young daughter’s illness, Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum gave word today that he is suspending his bid to be the G.O.P. nominee.

After this, Vic opened the phone lines to give listeners the opportunity to comment regarding why they listen to Crosstalk.  Vic noted how this helps for program evaluation purposes so that Crosstalk can serve you in the best way possible.

During the last several minutes, Vic asked listeners to also comment on the suspension of the Rick Santorum campaign.
